Hock will return to the NAC for a special, one-day 10am to 6pm seminar, covering hand, stick and knife skill and flow drills from all over the Pacific Archipelago, as well as a special Filipino stick vs Stick session called the "35 Essentials" the core of closer quarter stick fighting and the true clean, stick, essence of all the FMA stick systems (and required knowledge in Hock's Freelenacer Filipino system - an FMA system practiced all over the world.)
